Now you've made it this far you should already be aware that we are a MOBILE detailing company.
Before booking your slot please agree to our terms & conditions.
We provide you convenience by coming to your home/place of work but there's something you need to provide us to ensure we can get the job done.
REQUIREMENTS
A driveway/open space to work within 75m of a power socket so we can plug in our extension, we don't run off a generator due to noise pollution laws & it generally being a complete headache for neighbours with us starting work as early as 7:30am right through till late in the summer months.
ENVIRONMENT
If your driveway/ place of work doesn't provide us enough space to work around your car efficiently with the doors open, please appreciate we won't be able to complete the work in that type of environment. Although we always have alternative solutions for these situations where you can bring your vehicle to a secure location that we will organise for the job.
NON NEGOTIABLE Please ensure all belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to our visit, this is vital for us to complete the job efficiently.
Our job is to detail your car not organise your belongings/recycle your rubbish..
(We are not going to complain about finding the odd bit of rubbish in your car but please respect our time by removing what you can).
COMMUNICATION
If you think there is anything we should be aware of prior to our visit let us know so we can schedule an accurate time frame for the job.

• Sand
• Vomit
• Mould
• Blood
• Heavily soiled carpets/upholstery
• Odours
• Neglect
Non of this is an issue if we are informed in advance, that way we are prepared to deal with these issues and can provide you a more accurate timeframe and price.
PAYMENT / DEPOSIT
PAYMENT We accept bank transfer/cash payment.
All bookings require a 50% deposit, deposits are non refundable but if you have to move your booking to a later date let us know 48hrs in advance and we can carry your deposit over to your new date.
If not given 48hrs notice we can't carry your deposit over to your new date as you can appreciate we are a small business and might not be able to fill your slot if you cancel/ reschedule last minute.
Remaining balance must be paid on completion.
